- Candidates should be BE/ B Tech in Mining engineering and 15 yrs experience in underground mining or tunneling in Coal or Metal Mines. & age between 35-45 yrs.
- A Strategic planner who can oversee the overall Construction mining Function of the Group.
- Possess excellent interpersonal , analytical and negotiation skills with proven track record of utilizing a process-oriented approach towards the accomplishment of cost, profit, service as well as organizational goals.
- Leadership capabilities, strong communication (both written and verbal) skills, ability to learn and adapt quickly.
- Expertise in the negotiation and interpretation of complex terms and conditions of contract.
- Bold, Energetic & Able to travel throughout 10-15 days in a month.

- Planning, Scheduling, Controlling & Monitoring Project.
- Supervising the construction process from the conceptual development stage through final construction.
- Liaising with client, consultants, contractors, sub contractors & external agencies for determining technical specifications, approvals.
- Lead a team of professionals, ensuring suitable deployment and timely availability of manpower.
- Liaising with local bodies/ statutory authorities for obtaining various NOCs and necessary approvals for the project.
